Hi,
I had purchased something online on a game which later i didn't have much interest in and issued for a refund with paypal and i did eventually recieve the refund, however the refund was sent to my old credit card which is currently expired and that was the same card i had used to purchase the online good.
I'm confused on what to do as it wasn't sent to my new card and i dont know how to get it back. Any answers would be helpful 🙂
Thank you

Hey Extreme_Irfan.
Welcome to the Community!
I'm sorry to hear that you have not yet received a refund that has been sent to an expired card.
When a refund is issued and a credit/debit card was used to fund the purchase, we always refund the payment back to the original card that was used to fund the payment. Even though your card is expired, your bank will receive the refund and process it to your account but there may be a slight delay.
We can initiate a trace on the refund but we need to wait for 30 days after the refund was issued.
I hope this helps.
David.
