''Normally'' when you pay, paypal credit the seller then paypal wait for the funds to transfer from your bank account.
Funds can leave your bank account from a few hours up to a few days later.
If their are insufficient funds then they may well try again a few days later and if that fails they will either put your paypal account into negative OR use your back up card.
If the payment is marked as completed and your account is not in negative then they will more than likely request the payment again soon.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Brilliant, thank you. Yeah the payment is showing as completed on my PayPal statement and my PayPal balance isn't in the negative so hopefully they'll just try to take it again in the next few days.
Thank you.
