Review statement/ transaction history

Hi all

I am reviewing my bank statements for period 06 April 2016 - 05 April 2017 and found put there are some Paypal transactions. On the bank statements, it appears as Paypal.

However, when I searched the relevant period on my Paypal account, I cannot see such transactions (none of the transactions even match the dates on the statement).

Is there any way I can see all the transactions on my Paypal account?

Thanks!

Hi Sinl,

Welcome to our UK Community!

THere are two ways payments are funded using a bank account. The first method is a debit card, these payments usually leave you bank on the same day. The other method is Direct Debit funded Instant transfer, this is where PayPal fund the transaction and send a request using Direct Debit request to fund the payment. This method takes 2-3 business days to leave you bank account.

Please also note if you have any funds on your PayPal balance, these are used first before we reach for the card or bank account.

You view the transaction history in the Activity section of your PayPal account as follows:

Your 'Activity' provides a running account balance in the currency that you have selected in the Currency drop-down menu. By default, the Currency drop-down menu displays 'All Currencies' and Activity' provides a running balance in your primary currency balance.

You can view your running balance by following these steps:

  1. Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log into your account.
  2. Click Activity near the top of the page.
  3. From the 'Statements' drop-down menu on the right side of the page, select Activity export.
  4. In the 'History' box on the left side of the page, click 'Advanced Search'.
  5. Near the top of the page, click All Activity.
  6. Click All Activity (with balance).
  7. Your running account balance is shown in the Balance column.

Thanks

Martin
