What a load of rubbish the dispute resolution service is.
I raised an issue to a claim. I have not received an order which was a part of a particular transaction ID. In other words, the transaction ID covers two orders. The seller has said to me via direct email they will refund. But, the same seler has told PayPal the item was delivered. And on the strength of that PayPal closed the claim. Fools! Because so far I have not seen a refund come into my account.
PayPal are fools for not getting in touch with me first before closing down the claim. What kind of dispute resulotion sevice is it, where PayPal closes down the claim without checking with the complinant that he is satisfied with the outcome. Shame on you PayPal for your foolish and unfair action.
With the tracking number I was given by the seller, I can prove delivety did not take place, as the carrier is still awiating delivery to it.
I've asked PayPal to re-open the casae.

PayPal should have checked with me that I was satisfied with the outcome of the dispute, but some fool has decided they will terminate the disputed case.
PayPal, you have been confused by the facts of the case. You do not realise that I'm not claiming the whole amout of ther transaction, but part of it. Part of what the transaction related to was delivered, part not delivered. So, the only thing that is true is that delivery was part, not full. But that subteltly seems to have eluded the person on the case. The simpleton thinks that if the seller can prove some delivery that ,means I have no claim. Fool.

I will say that I've been a bit of a fool for not taking note of something that was said in a message: That it's not appropriate to seek a claim when part delivery has occured. Because there is no way the system can cope when the amount claimed is lower than the amount shown in the transaction ID. So, that's my fault for not picking up on that earlier.
I see that now, I have the option of making a claim for part delivery. One order, mentioned in the transaction ID, that has not arrived, is going to have to be taken as non delivered. I think all will work out well in the end. But I do wish PayPal would have contacted me and explained things to me instead of just closing the claim. Contacting me would have afforded a chance for things to have been discussed and saved my feelings of annoyance.

Should a dipute resoltution service close a case on simply receiving word from a seller that they intend to refund? An intelligent person answers no to that qustion. A **** answers yes. Since PayPal has once again closed my case without word from me that I have in fact received the refund I have no hesitation calling the person dealing with my case a moron. Because their action fits with that description.
