Tried to pay My phone bill with PayPal Debit Card

But, MetroPCS has not sent my payment through to confirm. If I go to the resolution center, It gives me the transaction, with two seperate ID's, one that says the authorization for Metro PCS was completed and the other saying that the payment is pending and under the pending it tells me a temporary hold through paypal has been place on the funds to my account. Anyone else have a similar problem using the debit card for online purchasing??

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting. 

 

What that would mean is that you have authorised the merchant to take the money for your bill but they haven't collected it yet. Generally merchants would use this as a way of collecting money later if you have paid for an item that won't be posted for a while. Obviously this is not the case here but it would work in the same way. 

I would recommend reaching out to the seller in relation to collecting the payment. If they are not going to, it should automatically cancel after 30 days.
