What is my PayPal ID for invoicing purposes

This person wishes to bill me for her graphic design services and has asked me for my address and ID.  Not sure what ID I need to supply other than my email address?  Please advise.

The email address you use with paypal identifies your paypal account and is all someone needs to pay you.
