eBay fees help

I have had 3 transactions on my Paypal account, which states ‘eBay seller fees’ but I haven’t sold anything on eBay, and they said there are no records of any fees being paid, the amounts are low, around £4-5 but they are not justified, is there any way I can call Paypal to talk to them?

You may not have sold on Ebay but did you 'list' items that did not sell but were charged a listing fee?

If not then your best bet is to phone Ebay c.s first and if no luck query it with paypal.

EBAY.

If you're contacting from the UK, you can get in touch with eBay at 0345 355 3229. Alternatively, you can get in touch with them through social media, either via Twitter (https://twitter.com/AskeBay) or Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/eBay.co.uk).

PAYPAL.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top. Log in and get the code.
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent OR just say the word 'Agent'".
In the UK its free from any landline phone.

OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

I rang eBay there are no charges listed and I haven’t sold or listed anything, reason for the payment on the transactions says ‘subscription’ but I’m not subscribed to anything

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > and under "manage upcoming payments" top left of page second option down is pre-approved payments.
