I have a following question. Is the Letter of Authorisation emailed or uploaded via PayPal? I tried to email it to service.........at paypal            .se but got back..."Your message wasn't delivered to service at paypal    .se  because the address couldn't be found." even do the Request for additional information came from service at paypal            .se

The Letter of Authorization can be uploaded through the Resolution Center of your PayPal Account. For security reasons we cannot accept any attachments via email.

Have uploaded several times,no result,they throwing it back all the time.Printed on our company letterhead,the same again,not good....

Cannot understand what else I can do,this is complete nightmare,they hold our company's money and does not care about anything at all.

Nightmare,all I can say,we keep selling our products and only God knows when we be able to get our money,Im tired of all this silly EU rules.

2500 EUR per year means money laundering :):):) A little more than 5 pounds per day :)They spend more for having the  lunch in EU parliament !!!!!!!!!!

Same here! Sole director, small shop, no letterhead, and you'd think I was Apple Inc for the amount of duplicate crap paperwork they keep asking for and then rejecting..   Gem's like this

They say 

“The Letter of Authority must be signed by a Director who is not xxxxx.”

And then also

“Note: If xxxxx is the Sole Director then xxxxx may sign the Authority Letter”

 And when uploading the scan of the filled in form, I get a standard template response of "You need to send the letter of authority"

This has been way too hard for a simple identity check.

Since more than a month I am trying to upload the requested letter of authorization. I followed all the instructions but I never got the green check. Tried several times, even made up a new document with a more recent date - because I thought the original one became out-of-date.

Paypal is always asking me again to upload the letter. What is the problem? I really want to have this solved because during all this time our account is blocked, unfortunately.

Did you solve that problem? Same at me! I do everything like they wanna have. After upload I got a green check and next day they reject and asking again. I upload it around 30 times without success. Now is account blocked.

I have absolutely no idea what I can do to solve this problem!
