I haven't received my payment!

Hey, so I sold 2 items on depop on the 25th and 26th of April 2017. On depop it says the sale is complete and the money will be sent to my PayPal account but it's still not there. I have double checked everything is right and have also verified everything, the buyers payed by debit via PayPal and Credit card via PayPal, they have sent me the confirmation of the money being sent to depop limited and I'm unsure why it would be sent there, I'm guessing it gets sent there to be cleared with depop and PayPal?? Im really concerned and confused so if someone could help that would be great!! I have also emailed depop and PayPal but they said to come here.

Thank you for your posts and welcome to the community! 

 

In general, if you have no prior selling history with us, the payments you receive as 'Goods and Services' may be placed to your pending balance until further information is provided. This is practised in the effort to provide a safer and protected online payment environment for both the buyer and seller. The payment is placed on a 21-days hold. If you add the tracking number and mark the transaction as shipped in the details of the pending payment, your funds will be released to you sooner than the 21 days.
