can someone tell me why paypay are holding onto my money even tho the buyer has left poss feedback for there item but paypal wankers say it can take upto 21 to release my money 

And beleive me they will be doing this to thousands and just think its just a little more profit for them in intrest

Ebay new seller hold that every new seller goes through.

Positive feedback does not count for payment release.

Normally funds are released when your tracking number shows the item as delivered + 3 days.

If you don't supply tracking then its 21 days.
