Download reports options have changed?

I used to have several csv download options, one of which included something like "download transaction details".  The current csv download option shows empty cells for option values.  This is not helpful.  I need to download what people ordered in those options. I am using the same pay pal button I always have.

Order Options are shown in the invidual receipts, but I'll be darned if I'm going to go back to those one by one to tally up my orders.

Please fix the download transaction reports to allow this.

I still don't understand.  They will post a printout?  We can't download and massage a printout or do you mean that they provide a different csv to workaround the issue?

If you are referring to the transanctions report, it is now on the "view account acctivity page. If you go to the top right hand corner and mouse over "more" you will see it listed near the bottom

Hmm.   I don't see a "View Account Acitivity" page anywhere.  Under History, I can look at All Activity.  To the right of the page, I have Print, Download, and More.   None of these options provides shopping cart detail.  I am going to guess that everyone is using a third party shopping cart or has some other way of downloading what was purchased via the shopping cart.   PayPal is ignoring the problem which is no surprise.  It is frustrating that I will now have to pay another company to integrate a shopping cart.

Yes, under view history and then under "more" you can choose "download history". After that you put in dates, what format you want and there is a box you can check to request report to include shopping cart details.

Thank you to all who can describe how to do it but don't realize that it is broken.  PayPal confirmed today that it is broken and they don't know when it will be fixed.

Thats exactly where you need to be. Mouse over "more" than scroll down to the "download history" option. Click on that. Near the bottom of that page you can enter the dates you would like your details from, then choose the type of file ( "comma delimited")  for excel, scroll down a little more and check the box next to "include shopping cart details"

I think you just need to go here to decide what you need to edit (Customize My History Download)

https://history.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_history-download-customize

Then after that go to History > Download History

and run your report

I had the same problem for a while, but it suddenly started working. Now the problem is: the quantity column is not being downloaded! Very important piece of information missing!  I am now on the phone with an agent, and will update when finished.

To see Quantity in download log, select the checkbox: "Include Shopping Cart details" and then download from the "Download History" page.
