PayPal will not say anthing to me other than "sorry that caused an inconvienence". So until the problem is resolved, I have been filing 2 complaints with the BBB per day. I suggest everyone here do the same thing. PayPal does not deserve to be a member of the BBB. They are not even a good business let alone a BETTER business. Here is the link.
