PAYPAL is a JOKE, I took $ from my account to purchase items on Ebay and they double take. IE, I put a certain amount into an account on paypal and if that money is not in your account in your bank, I get charged insufficiant funds in my account, paypal tried to take the money out again. This is not explained in the terms if it is somewhere in there I didnt see it. This will be my last dealings with PAYPAL. RIPOFF

Why would you assume any different? It sounds like you tried to write a rubber check for Paypal and, of course, it bounced. Boith sides incur costs when that happens, both sides are going to pass those costs on to you.
They did the same thing to me. Took out $1350 dollars twice out of my account 10 minutes appart form each other. When I call them they say I can just use my pay pal account like a bank account now that there is 1350 in the pay pal account. When I want it just put back into my account they say it will be 5 business days...to get MY money that was withdrawn without authorization. PayPal is a joke
