How do I use paypal to sell raffle tickets to help a non profit organization

We have a saddle club here in SD that is trying to raise money to help the kids attend different events and functions with their horses.  We are having an online raffle but paypal says it is violation to use a paypal acocount to sell raffle tickets.  Raffles are legal is this state.  What do I need to do with my account to make sure I am not in violations but can sell these tickets online.

Although Raffles are legal in your state, it does not matter as you must abide by the PayPal User Agreement as you are using their service.   One work around, suggest marketing them as Tickets.

I would agree......if you do a raffle then chances are you PP account with be limited and you will receive a "parting of ways" e-mail.
