SAMPLE shipping label, instead of the real thing

Hey Guys,

are any of you experiencing a problem with the shipping labels??

I have shipped hundreds of times, rarely used the "sample" label feature.  Now, since the new PayPal printing tweak, every label prints with SAMPLE across the front.  I have voided every label so far.  What a pain in the **bleep**.

Any body know what to do??

Hi candace-

Per some of the other posts in this forum, this sounds like it might be an issue with attempting to print with Google Chrome as your browser.

If that's not the case, let us know.

Yes, I am in fact using Google Chrome as my browser. I take it herein lies the problem? What is the fix? I have had to void a couple labels now and see that I may not be refunded my money from the Postal service for up to 21 days????

Had that same problem with Chrome. Just switch to another browser to print. I use Firefox, but I'm sure Internet Explorer would work. Maybe Safari if you're a Mac. Chrome is awesome, but remember that just because it's not in beta anymore doesn't mean it won't have problems since it's a brand spankin' new browser....
