Subscription - Initial and recurring payments

I creating a site that needs subscriptions with a different initial fee and a different recurring fees. For example I want to charge $200 USD for the first year and then $50 USD for every year there after. I have read through the manual and played around with the Paypal site and can only find a way having a single recurring payment. Would I be able to create a $50 USD recurring subscription and add in a $150 USD item that will not recur?

On another note but pretty much on the same topic area I created a site and how do I simply set up so that the subscriber is only billed with paypal once, and not recurring month after month. Hence, a one time charge. Please help anyone.

Check out PayPals Website Payments Standard Integration Guide which can be found here.  The guide has a section which explains Subscriptions.   And there is an example here that should help you get started.
