Why won't paypal recognize my address/zipcode?

I have been trying to edit my address on my account, since I have moved, and paypal is not recognizing my zipcode and city. WTF? I know my addres and zip, I've lived here for a year. I am becoming quite frustrated.. can anyone help??!
