I just made a purchase on eBay, and Paypal is not allowing me to pay for it. When I try I get the message, "This card cannot be used for this transaction. Please choose a different way to pay, or add another debit or credit card to your account." The card is valid. It's not about the PayPal spending limit, because I just made 2 other purchases online & paid for them with PayPal, and the payments went through fine.
No, I haven't. But my other PayPal purchases go through with no problem. It seems strange that I get the "error" message when I try to pay this one particular merchant.
