Add credit card from a different country to my wallet

Hi,

How do I add a credit card that is from a different country to the one I registered? I registered in 1 country and have recently moved to another country but cannot register the new card as the default settings are still the registered country. I do not want to cancel/change the registered country because the bank accounts there are still valid.

Anyone done this before or has an idea how to do this?

Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.

The only exception is U.S users can add their bank accounts to other countries paypal accounts.

I want to create a US account as many US sites won't accept my original (Canadian) account. I have a US address, bank account etc, but I want to use the same email as in my original account,   Is there any way to set up a second account with the same email as the first? Thank you!
