Hi there,
I've been using paypal successfully for over a year now, never had any problems. This week my bank have been putting in a new system and there were some problems early in the week with my bank account, something was blocking it so I went into the bank on Wednesday and they sorted it out, my bank account is now fully back to normal. Paypal removed my bank account from my account and I've tried re-adding my bank details a few times but always get the same message telling me to fax paypal if I want to continue using the bank account but I don't have access to a fax machine. I received an email from paypal on Wednesday telling me I shouldn't contact them as its a problem between my bank and I but as I said, my bank account is fully sorted now. I've emailed paypal about four times over the past three days and still no response. I've tried to delete my paypal account so I can set up a new one but it won't let me because a transfer is in process or something. I also can't add my banking details to a new paypal account. I don't really know what to do because there's money I need to withdraw from my paypal over to my bank and also I am currently winning a couple of ebay items and will need to pay for them in a couple of days. All I can think to do from here is ring them as its very urgent but of course that will cost a bomb so I thought i'd try this first and see if anyone can help in anyway? Thanks in advance.

Hi there boomboomboom,
It sounds like your bank account has been disabled, we can re-enable this for you if you call us direct.
It is a national call rate of 10p per minute from a UK landline phone. Rates from overseas landlines and mobile phones may vary.
