Grailed transactions

Hi, I've been having an issue with PayPal when using Grailed. Every time I try to pay for something through the Grailed app it doesn't work after logging into my account. If I try just doing through my card without logging in it also doesn't work. I'm from the UK but currently travelling in Thailand so maybe it's because I'm here PayPal has locked me on Grailed? It doesn't make any sense though because I can use my paypal still to send payments through goods and services directly. Whenever I try pay I get this message: "This PayPal error occurred because either you or the seller may have limitations on your PayPal account. 

To successfully complete checkout, we recommend you try using a different PayPal account or attempt to pay with a credit/debit card via the guest checkout. When you click “Pay with PayPal” there’s a prompt underneath the PayPal login to checkout with a credit/debit card. You can use that to pay directly by card instead of using a PayPal account." I get this message when I pay using just my card without logging in: ""We are sorry, we are experiencing temporary difficulties. Please try again later. If this error occurred while making a payment, avoid duplicate payments by checking your Account Overview before resending a payment. For some browsers, this problem can be resolved by clearing or deleting cookies. Message 3005" Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance

Im having the same exact issue. I called paypal twice and they said my account is 100% fine and that its the app not paypal. However grailed is telling me its paypal. I need to get this resolved already missed out on several purchases. Where does the issue lie here i have no idea but paypal and debit purchaces arent working.
