I am seeking some help from the community as I'm rather in a very complex situation.
About Me
I joined PayPal about 2 weeks back due to the purpose of holding a reliable site accountable for the money I earn. I am currently a YouTuber/Streamer, typically using the sites YouTube and Twitch to hold Streams where I gather my income from.
You may regularlly record, and viewers/fans hold the ability to send money to you via that site. That money automatically gets transferred to my PayPal Account.
I decided to upgrade as I am not free with showing my Name to the public. So the Business Username literally withstands as "Mazda Gaming" to protect my privacy. Win-Win situation.
Account Limitation
It doesn't seem to give a reason why the Account was Limited. However, I'm fine with them noting down any information as not everyone does this.
Information Requested:
Photo ID
Proof of Address
Provide Invoices
Supplier Contact Info
Provide Proof of Business Existence
Provide a copy of your Business License
Provide information about your products
Provide proof of delivery
Provide website details and access information
The first three items are not a concern. I have no hesitation to provide that, I personally require invoices at times from friends so that would not be a problem.
Supplier Contract Information, I would believe is the same - Address, Real Name, Phone Number(s), Etc.; no problem with that either. The rest I need help with:
"Provide proof of Business Existence"
I have no idea how I would provide this, obviously I have recieved payments however would I provide proof of me owning my Account via YouTube/Twitch?
"Provide proof of Business License"
Confused on this one as well. There was never a License for this, I don't hold any connections.
"Provide information about your products"
I'm guessing this would categorize me as typing paragraphs of what I do, and where my income is from?
"Provide proof of delivery"
I upload videos via a site, I do not ship anything to anyone else. I do not sell individual hand-held items, none of that?
"Provide website access and access information"
I'm not too up for providing my very own YouTube/Google Log-In information, I don't hold my own Website at the moment - That's in fact a plan for the future.
In conclusion, I have no idea how I answer this. I could use any of your guys help, someone recommended I actually call them over my Phone and explain the situation thorougly and they may provide a solution. Is that possible?
What would you recommend I do? Literally I hold about 6-7 transactions, I don't sell any items/products. Would this be considered an Individual Business? If not, a sole-trader as I'm doing this by myself?
When I first created the account, I think I noted myself down under the "Media" category. Media not as in, selling movies or TV Shows and shipping them out - Media as in uploading videos on YouTube/Twitch, and receiving gradual payments from my fans.
Anything helps, suggestions - recommendations - etc.
