cant' add my payoneer account & mastercard

i've been trying these last two weeks to add my payoneer bank account & it's  prepaid mastercard in  order to verify my paypal account , but always a window pop up saying ; We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date. i've emailed the costumer support to resolve this issue , but they alwas send me an automatic message to do the same steps i do to add the bank account and debit card.

I would advise contacting customer support in relation to this. This error message ususally occurs when we get a decline from your bank but I could not tell you for certain without being able to see the account.

 The automatic replies are used to give you information as quickly as possible but if you reply to one of these rather than going back to the help centre you will get through to our customer support. You can also get us on the phone, via Facebook and on Twitter @AskPayPal.
