confirmation code refund

Hi everybody, to receive the confirmation code for my card, I clicked on send the code twice and I was charged two times. I received two confirmation codes. haven't received the refund. Am I gonna receive two times the fund because I paid twice or not??

As you initiated the confirmation process twice, it would be best to use the second code to complete the verification process, as this would be the most recent and accurate code on the system.
In terms of the funds used; PayPal is designed not to charge your funds beyond the authorization stage. This effectively means that the funds will sit in your withholding bank balance only until the authorization is cancelled and is released back to your available balance. This process is automatic.
If your funds continue to remain in your bank's withholding balance for longer than 7 days past successful confirmation of your card on PayPal, please contact customer support directly who can perform this cancellation manually - if you do not, the bank will automatically release the funds back to you within 30 days of the charge, as the merchant "PayPal" wouldn't have claimed it.

so that means I am gonna RECEIVE twice my refund which my card was charged sooner or later. right???

Hi there,
That is correct. PayPal will not claim the funds, so the bank will release it within 30 days automatically.

Hi there,
I have added my debit card to my Paypal account, then subsequently deleted it without entering the confirmation code that comes in the form of a £1 charge. However, since removing the card, I have not been refunded for the 3 times I requested the code. Please can I have an immediate refund? Many thanks,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community!
When you start the Credit Card confirmation process but you never complete the card verification, the 1£ that was charged to you will be refunded automatically after 75 days. If you wish to get your refund earlier, you can call our Customer Service on 0800 358 7911 from 8am to 8:30pm Monday to Saturday; 9am to 8:30pm Sunday.
