i did that it was a meachine :{ and basicaily lied said they send a email explain how to do it still waiting for the email :>{

If your account is limited, you would not be able to use it to send payments. The quickest way to resolve any limitation case is by going to your account's Resolution Centre and completing the steps listed there. After you have done this, you will receive an email update with the outcome of our review.
