verification issue

ive done all the 3 steps it says enter a code from a bankstatment, it doesnty say where to enter this code, and my bankstatments show up every 3 months, this could take till january to get this code? i havnt actualy checked my most recent statment tho, if the code is there where do i put it? i need to buy things and i am at my limit  😞

Welcome to the UK community forum.

To enter the code, just go into your Profile tab and click My money.

From there click into your bank account section and complete the confirmation process. It will give you a box to entre your code in there.
