Can a Russian citizen who does not live in Russia use Paypal for business in Georgia?

Hello!

I'm a Russian citizen who left Russia last year. I'm planning on starting a business in Georgia and wanted to use a PayPal Business account to receive payments from my customers. I'm registered in Georgia as an individual entrepreneur and have a Georgian bank account. I know that last year Paypal left Russia, but I'd like to know if there is any way for me to use Paypal for my business if I'm a Russian citizen who does not live there (which I can prove).

I appreciate your interest in choosing PayPal for Business! If you're living in Georgia and your business is registered in Georgia, yes, you can open a PayPal Business account. You can visit the Sign up page to create your Business account. Please note that you have to provide your business information registered in Georgia to complete the sign up process.
