Welcome! Thank you for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've run into some road-blocks accessing your contacts. I'd be happy to point you in the right direction. When you go to Send & Request money through PayPal, you should see the option to Manage Contacts at the bottom as well as Contacts at the top. Both options should lead you to your contact list to edit and remove contacts as needed.
