On https://www.paypal.com/us/cshelp/article/what-are-paypal-passkeys-help997 there's stated: "Today passkeys for PayPal are supported by Safari and Chrome web browsers on Apple devices running iOS 16, iPadOS 16, macOS Ventura..." but when I try to set up a Passkey in Chrome on MacOS Ventura 13.5.2 I get the message "A passkey can’t be created on this device or browser". What's wrong? Thanks!

Hello @PayPal_Olivia ,
Tried all that to no avail. Have the absolute latest version of Chrome (117.[Removed. Phone #s not permitted] Cleared all cookies and local storage. Tried it in an anonymous window. Still refuses. Seems to me I'm not alone here, so possibly a solution will come up.
Cheers --Mike

I was finally able to create a Passkey but ONLY using the mobile app (on IOS). It did finally sync with my other Apple devices, which is good. I don't think the web site very clearly describes the process. Also, I'm not sure at this point exactly what the real benefit of a Passkey is in PayPal since it still offers the password type method to sign in, so no enhanced protection there.

Same here,
latest Windows OS with the latest Chrome and Edge updates and I cannot create nor use passkey to login.
It worked on iPhone to create the passkey, but I cannot use it on iPhone as well. I don't think that Customer Service would help here. Someone needs to report the bug to the engineering team.
