Change Account Country

Can I change the country of my account? Because I have moved and am currently living in another country. If I cannot, can I open a new account in my current country using the same email address and without having to close the current one? I do not wish to close the current account nor if I wish to create a new email address because I only want to have one primary email for the important things.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
You are allowed 2 paypal accounts as long as x1 is a personal account and x1 is a business account.

As your email address identifies your paypal account then you can't use the same email address on x2 paypal accounts.

That's good to know but can you clarify - do you mean two PayPal accounts in each country or two in all - I would want two personal accounts. Thank you.
