Change User name

How can I change my username the one starting with @ I've looked everywhere and it appears I can only change my profile name... the username has been given to me and has no resemblance to my actual name. anyone out there who knows I'd be so grateful. thanks

Visit the official PayPal webpage using any web browser on your desktop computer or laptop, and sign in to your PayPal account. Visit PayPal's account settings page and select the “Update” option next to your username. From there, you can change your legal name, update your name, or correct an error in your name.

They are talking about their paypal.me name !

There isn't an automatic update option for a Paypal.me link but if you contact customer services they can change it for you.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Also I'm trying to find this option, by when I click at paypal.me, the url always change.

I've already seen other users telling how to do, but it doesn't appear to me that way.

As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

Doesn't look as if paypal.me is supported in your country.
