Depop/PayPal verification trouble

I am selling clothes through Depop and someone paid me through PayPal. When I was trying to get my shipping label, Depop told me I had to verify my PayPal account before I could get my label. The money has been put into my bank account however I am still unable to see my shipping label. I am not sure if this is a problem on Depop’s end or if it is on PayPal’s end. Has anyone else had a similar problem?

As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
