How can I delete the Contacts listed in the 'Send Again' section on my dashboard?

When I log in, on the right side of my screen are the names of people to whom I have sent money in the past. I want to delete them. When I click on the little stack of 3 dots on the right, it just say Manage Contact and Send to Others.  When I click on Manage contacts it just shows the same names with a star next to them that I can click.  If I do that, they still appear on my desktop but with the star filled in like a VIP setting or something.  I want them all gone so how do I do that?  One of them is to a good friend I've recently lost.  I don't want to keep seeing her name come up.  It's just sad.  Thanks for your help.

Click the 3 dot icon again, click Manage Contacts. Then click the contact name, not the star. A window pops up and click the “Remove This Contact” link.
