In this situation, I would recommend the account holder to contact our Customer support team through the available contact options on our website so that our representative can help re-gain access to the account.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty confirming identity information to allow the repayment of a debt. If the account holder is unable to complete validation as it is presented and no other options are able to be given by the representative at that time, it would not be possible to discuss the account details with them. I regret the inconvenience.
