No SMS reach Georgian phone number (+995), can't create account

Tried creating a Paypal account every day for a week. SMS won't reach my Georgian phone number (Mobile network provider: Magti). I can receive SMS from other foreign payment processors except for Paypal.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues while signing up for a PayPal account. In this case, we usually advise our users to contact the network service provider and request if they can receive the code. Also, please be advised that PayPal is a region-specific service. 

You will not be able to use it in another region. Hence, I recommend you to please make sure to create a region-specific account. If you're still running into issues after that, please feel free reach out to our Customer Support teams by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page.
