Start accepting payment

I am trying to get my account verified to start accepting payments. My company is based outside the US, but when I go to enter my company info such as sole proprietor and address, I am only able to enter a US address. How do I enter the address from my country

I am sorry to know that you're having issues while updating the address on your PayPal account. Please be informed that PayPal country is country-specific. If you have registered your account in the US then you will be able to add a US address only and not the address of a different country/location/region as you will have to submit business documents. I would recommend you submit the address of the business location.
