Paypal verification for my Digistore24 account

Hello Sir, My paypal isn't activate in Digistore24 due to 1 dollar payment charges issue for paypal verification. I don't have any money to give paypal. I have zero balance in paypal account. Please give discount for 1 dollar and I request you that the charges me zero dollar. And I promise you that, when I'm start earning in Digistore24 then I completely give you that payment 1 dollar.
