The mobile app gives a blank page after entering the password and passing "I am not a robot" test. The app acts normally up to that point. The little "x" appears in the upper left corner as it always does. But, after the normal wait for the app to continue, nothing happens and the rest of the page remains blank except for the the "x".
The following did not resolve the problem: Close and restart the app; Turn off and restart the phone; Remove and re-install the app.
Using an iPhone 6S Plus running iOS 15.7 in the Northwest USA.

Hello @ctretvik,
Thank you for posting and welcome to PayPal community Forum!
I am sorry to know about the trouble you are having while logging into your PayPal account. If you are attempting to log in through the PayPal mobile app and are experiencing difficulty, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this helps to resolve this issue. Also, try to login with different device and check if the issue still persists. Please try to block those pops up ads on your mobile.
Regards,
Ayesha

Hello, moderator.
I have the same problem.
I search all over for a solution and couldn't find one.
The only way I could use PayPal app on my iphone is by turning OFF 2 step verification/authentication.
This seems a backward progress for PayPal; since everyone is going forward for better security with 2 step verification/authentication.
I suggest that Paypal look seriously how to resolve this security issue.
No access to Paypal on the mobile phone destroys user flexibility.
No 2-step verification/authentication is a serious compromise to security.
Either way is a risky set-back. Please review this seriously.
Kind regards.
