Unable to verify account. Landline phone call is not working.

I am unable to do login verification. The have us call you > landline phone number > calling is not working. It's always reset to call again.

The contact us > login problems > call us does not provide any pass code

Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account?
Paypal are using mobile phones for i.d requirements for logging in and withdrawal funds for extra security measures.

Unfortunately cellphone is not working at present.

In your PayPal account, go to Account > Overview and click Get Verified.
Select the verification method you want to use.
Enter the required information, then click Continue.
Click Confirm, then click Submit.
