Why's the receiving limit 599$ and is it annual or monthly

Hi there, in my account limitations, the receiving limit is 599$, I want to ask if this limit is annually based or monthly because my transaction amounts are not matching with the receiving limit either way. Also, there is no daily balance limit, then why's there a limit on receiving, also I have my U.S bank linked already. Attached is the screenshot of the limits i'm talking about. Help me out guys. Thanks in advance 🙂

Sorry for any confusion the receiving limits have caused. 

These type of limits are placed on an account to comply with government regulations. In order to remove these limits, an account holder has to verify their identity, link and confirm a card.

I have the same limit, even though a bank account is linked and confirmed.

I am not a US-citizen, but I have an LLC company registered here and PayPal business account for that company.

So, I do not have SSN number, but my government-issued ID, but the identity verification process asks for a scan of my SSN card and cannot choose a different type of ID to upload. How can this be resolved and limit lifted?

I am also seeing this limit despite being completely ID verified with linked bank account and cards...

No sending limit in my case, though.
