how do I change language

The language keeps changing from English to French and now I cannot change it at all.

I'm sorry you're having trouble changing the language of your PayPal account. You should be able to change the language as follows:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the Settings icon next to "Log Out".
3. Under 'Options', select your preferred language.

If you have selected English, the PayPal website and all of our emails will be in English. If the problem persists, you have the possibility to contact us through social networks. As you can see by the attached image, I'm not given the option to change to any other language than French. Also, when I have been able to change to English it immediately changes back to French.
