Access to Old PayPal Account with No E-mail or Phone Number Access

I'm trying to access an old PayPal account that I no longer have the e-mail address nor phone number associated with it.  My father accidentally deposited $1,200- in the old account and was told, once it's sent, it's gone.  How can I get regain access to this old account for which I no longer have the password nor access to the old e-mail address(es) or phone number.  I remember the e-mail addresses associated with it, but that's all.  Any help is greatly appreciated!

How did he send the funds ie which paypal option?

And how was the payment funded?

Lastly what does it say on the transaction on the senders account?

Thanks for your reply!  He'd sent it via the money to family option and I believe it was funded from his bank account.  However, I since resolved the problem in a roundabout way:  I got a new SIM card for my old phone number, stuck it in an old phone and reactivated my old PayPal account that way.  Then, I withdrew all funds and closed the account (since I have a new one based upon my current e-mail address).  So, thanks again for your reply, but I found a workaround in the end.
