I just created my PayPal business account but it shows that my account is limited. at first, I received a mail about the account limitation later I got another mail saying that your account has been reviewed and the limitation has been lifted but still I have limitations .can anyone please help me?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
