Account permanently limited, funds stuck for 90+ days

Hi, my account was unfairly limited, with no explanation or any reason given for the ban. In the original mail, it said that funds could be held up to 90 days. It has been over 3 months now, still no idea why my account was banned, I am banned from reaching the support as well, every time I attempt to reach them, it just says that no agent are available and to try later.

I came to the conclusion that I will never be able to use paypal again, even if there's no reason for the limitation, but I want the money that has been stuck on my paypal account back. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do now.

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.

If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside. However you cannot withdraw funds until you have had the paypal email stating you are now eligible to do so.

I will quote from the email I received, telling me my account was limited but giving no further explanations : "We may hold any funds in your account for up to 90 day(s) to cover things like chargebacks or other financial liabilities." Nowhere it mentioned 180 days.

Well if it was 90 days it would have been released by now surely, so read the sentence I wrote about the 180 days hold.
