I created a PP account for a US Non-Profit-Corporation today. Then I logged in and there is an alert that additional information is needed to use the account. I clicked to proceed and the applications asks if this is a US-Entity. I cklicked yes. Then the application asks for the EIN Number. I put it in. Then the application asks for the street address. An that is the crazy point - I can only select Germany as country. That is strange - in the initial application I provided the US-Street Address and everything asked. Any idea what is the problem and what I can do? Thank you
Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to close your old Paypal account and open a new Paypal account registered in the country where you now live. You would then need to add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
