I am a South Africa who's new in PayPal. I seem to be encountering a problem. My PayPal wants to have a U.S bank account and I don't have it because I don't live in the U.S. Another issue is that I don't own a credit card does that automatically disqualify me? . If it doesn't how do I solve this problem?
You can in most countries add a U.S bank account (not card) to your Paypal account. This is because Paypal is a U.S company and allows that option for its U.S citizens working in other countries.
You can however add an FNB bank account as per link.
