Open a new account

Hello, I want to delete my business account, that I never use often. I want to open a personal one. Can I do this and how? thank you,on advance.

You can either contact customer services and request your account be downgraded to a personal account.

Thank you for the answer. My option is to close the business account. But I read that I can keep it and open the personal one with another email.That  I can have two accounts.I need to be sure of that before I close it.Thank you.

You can have 2 PayPal accounts as long as 1 is a business account and the other is a personal account.
