Having issues to verify my home address to verify identity.

So right now Paypal is asking me to verify my account, but i have some problems in that while i can give them proof of my identity, i don't have the legal files that proves my address with my name on it

As here's the thing i have no utility bills under my name, i still live with my family and they are the ones in charge of doing those payments, so i have no utility bills under my name and as the site says it has to have both my name and address.

I have no government files that has my address, i do have my government issued ID, but it has no address, just country of birth.

And my bank can't provide me with an bank statement with my address, they can only give me an bank statement that has my name. but the site is requesting me for an bank statement that has both my name and address and my bank can't provide that, they can only provide me a bank statement with just my name.

I am still looking for solutions to this problem like i am talking with the bank if there is something we can do for this issue and if there is anything they can provide me to prove my address, but in case i am unable to find a solution with them what can i do when my options are limited and i only have few days to prove it before my account gets limited. has anyone dealt with an issue like this?.

All i can provide as proof of my address with my name on it are lets say bills from products i paid on Amazon or Apple. but i don't know if they'll accept that

I'm sorry you're having difficulty uploading documents to confirm your identity and address. If you refer to this Help Center article, you can find more examples of documents that you may be able to use to confirm your information. The article is a US Help Center article, but the information is pretty similar for everyone. You also don't need to worry about any of the business information at the bottom. If you're unable to supply any of these documents, regrettably, you will have to wait to verify your information until you are unable to obtain one. There isn't a way to verify someone without them. 

I hope the Help Center article helps you with more ideas that might allow you to verify your identity.

Thanks for the response, luckly i was able to solve the problem with the bank i got my bank statement with address and all and i was able to verify my identity yesterday 🙂
