How can I update my legal name with a deedpol but no drivers licence or passport?

It’s my legal changed name with my bank and I have other photo ID in this name from the local council. It just complicates things having it listed as my old name and I don’t want customers to see it (I’m transgender). Thanks

I do understand that you need help updating your account name. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page to get help with your issue. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
