Hi @Euan6
Thank you for your post. I understand you would like to block eCheque payments. However, for personal PayPal accounts, we do not have an option to block eCheque payments. Alternatively, you may advise the senders to send the payments using the cards to avoid eCheque payments.
Thank you
Manju

I have a UK personal account and have the option to block echeques???
Or am I misreading / understanding that section?
Go to profile (cog next to log out) > seller tools in the lower pale blue band > getting paid > payment receiving preferences > update > block the following payments > echeques.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Hello
I am trying to do this but don't seem to have the option either.
I have a personal UK account and when I try and follow the directions given (thanks !) under Seller Tools: Getting Paid: my only option is about creating invoices.
I am selling a ticket on Twickets and it stated: Ensure that you've blocked the 'Pay with eCheque' option in your Payment Receiving Preferences but I just can't do it.
Any other help or advice???
Thanks

Hey everyone! Thanks for visiting the PayPal Community Forum. Thank you @kernowlass for your help clarifying this a bit further. We appreciate all the time you offer our customers.
Hello @kew22, welcome! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues blocking the option to receive eChecques. What happens if you try this link: Payment Receiving Preferences?
If you're still running into issues after trying that link, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Support Teams for further assistance.
Best wishes!

Does anybody know where to find this item? Please be specific. A company called Twickets tells me to follow these instructrtions:
"Go to www.paypal.com, log in to your account, and go to your 'Seller Preferences'."
"Under 'Getting paid and managing risk', go to 'Block Payments' and make sure that the option to block 'Pay with eCheque' is ticked."
I cannot find 'Seller Preferences' or any options about getting paid. The 'seller tools' option offers Invoice Templates. I cannot find the 'Block Payments' Option.
Thanks

Read my above post however be aware that you may not have that option on a personal account dependent on how long you have had that account.
